What is your pricing for demos?

Our demo pricing is based on a flat rate. There may be an additional fee if cooking or unusual travel or equipment is involved. Please contact us to receive pricing and discuss your specific needs.

Where do you get your reps?

We only add personalities to our team who are a natural fit for this work and have a proven sales track record in the natural foods and sales industry. We carefully vet our brand reps with solid references and in person interviews and training. When new brand ambassadors are required, we utilize a variety of sources for new hires with a preference towards word-of-mouth recommendations. If you are a brand ambassador, please don’t hesitate to contact us for possible hire.

What is your coverage area?

Double Helix Demos covers a large region supporting sales including CT, MA, RI, and some parts of Westchester county and northern NJ, working with national and regional chains as well as independents. Trade show help is available nationwide. Our reps have worked, for example: Expo East, Expo West, and many more distributor and health expos and events.

How do we know demos happened?

We are committed to your sales success. We keep a strict standard for the industry and take full responsibility for demos we conduct. We provide detailed summary reports with photos that confirm the completion and success of a scheduled demo.

Do you offer cooking demos?

Yes. However, there may be an additional fee.

Do you have any references?

We are more than happy to get you in touch with some of our current clients! We do not post our references on our website for confidentiality purposes.
